After seeing the DaVinci Code film I wondered what the fuss was about, Catholics jumping up and down getting upset about Dan Brown’s book. Now I’ve read the book I must say It is a really good eye opener on the Catholic faith’s history. I spent some time on-line checking some facts on the books quoted part and Dan Brown did do his home work.
The Originators of the Roman Catholic faith, Emperor Constantine and the group he called together in 325AD made many choices about which books to include in the Bible and it is clear the purpose was to control the people and the potential troubles brewing between the Christians and the Pagans of Rome. Surely though now, we are intelligent enough to see that through out its history the Roman Catholic church has continued to twist the truth for its own ends, pushing woman into second place.
In so called Pagan times it was the female who created life and earth but then suddenly it was decided man, namely Adam, was at the beginning.
Come on people, give it some thought. Religions are based on control. Have your own beliefs but don’t let the churches control your thinking.
